Job Description

As a Junior Delivery Coordinator, you have a central role in the delivery process and are responsible for ensuring that each car handover is a smooth and positive experience. In this role, you actively work to ensure quality at every step and contribute to a professional and secure delivery for the customer. You will:

• Welcome customers on-site in Arlandastad in a professional and personal manner
• Ensure that the car is delivery-ready on time – washed, checked, and equipped with winter tires if needed
• Conduct a walkthrough of the car so that the customer feels secure with the features and equipment
• Receive payment and handle delivery protocols as well as other administration
• Test and evaluate trade-in cars
• Follow up as needed and ensure that the customer is satisfied even after delivery
• Build long-term relationships and create a first-class customer experience

We believe that you:

• Are service-oriented and enjoy meeting people
• Have an interest in cars (experience from the automotive industry is a plus but not a requirement)
• Are self-driven, responsible, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy structure but thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Are confident communicating in both Swedish and English
• Have good IT skills, especially basic knowledge of Word and Excel, to handle administrative tasks and communicate effectively.
• Have a manual B driver's license (requirement)
